Mermaid Waters

This 9-metre, 500kg PFC beam was wheeled through the house on purpose-built trolleys and lifted into position to create one very large, open-plan living area.

Red Oak Drive

What an amazing, architecturally designed undercover area this has created! At one end, a full skate ramp has been installed, and at the other end, an amazing entertaining area with views overlooking Hinze Dam.

Redland Bay State school

This simple but effective structure has been installed to enable bi-folding doors to be suspended from the beam, providing the ability to divide the room into two smaller teaching spaces.
